After a less than stellar weekend, Monday, and Fat Tuesday, I’m doing extremely well now. Because I won’t be eating any junk food or sweets for the next 40 days, I thought of Monday and Tuesday as my last chances to eat Italian subs, fries, doughnuts, ice cream, etc. It was so stupid and none of it even tasted that amazing. Who else celebrates Fat Tuesday with a paczki?
That’s the tradition in this area. Lines wrapped around stores to get authentic Polish paczki. Just had the most amazing apple paczki. FIJSEIFOJSEF this is so worth having it once a year.
