December 2011
Omg yum.
Went to the fruit market today and bought clementines, apples, grapes, peaches, and bread. It was the first time I’d purchased Sara Lee’s 100% Whole Wheat with Honey Bread (45 calories per slice) and sdkfjweiofiwejf it’s soo yummy. I usually buy Healthy Living’s 100% Whole Grain bread that’s 35 calories per slice, but damn this beats it. Okay going to go get ready for...

Got rid of all my holiday bloat, because this morning is the first time I haven’t lost at least a pound from the day before. My official starting weight for my new fitness regimen is 109 lbs (still happy that it’s not the 114 I originally weighed in at). It’s hard for me to come to terms with the fact that I’ve gained a solid 10 pounds since the summer. But I’m...
Working out with my sisterrrr. Then making salmon. I wasn’t planning on working out tonight. My period’s hell, but I can fit 30 minutes in. Have a lovely night :)
Progress since Christmas
According to my new digital scale :)
12/26: 114 pounds
12/27: 111.2 pounds (loss of holiday bloat)
12/28: 110.1 pounds
12/29: 109.2 pounds
5 pounds in four days and back under 110? I’ll take it. It really puts my eating into perspective for me. I was binging like mad over the holidays and as soon as I eat light, mostly organic, balanced meals for four days straight, I instantly drop 5...
Gained lots of weight from the end of September to now. I couldn’t believe it when I stepped on the scale after Christmas. Of course, a couple of those pounds were bloat, because it went down the next day. But I’m so happy I’m back on course. When I was eating healthy and working out, I was happy at 98-100 pounds. I remember this because of how happy I was with the way I looked...
Goals for 2012
Most of these are things I used to do regularly anyway but have gotten lazy about. I’m so motivated to get back to my old habits!
1. Be active every single day.
2. Run at least 3 times per week
3. Do strength training 2-3 times per week
4. Drink more water
5. Feel beautiful and healthy for my wedding.
Five months until the big day. Here we go.
It is 1:20 a.m. on Dec. 26. I am officially back to the lifestyle I was able to maintain from January - September. I feel better already.
I need to get it together. I’ve gained too much. My ideal weight is 10 pounds away. I have 5 months until my wedding. Sounds easy to lose 10 pounds in 5 months, but I’ve been eating crap and it’s not always easy to get to your ideal weight and then maintain it. I did not need the extra chicken fried rice today. Nope, definitely not. I’m not going to go crazy guilt tripping...
