Progress since Christmas

Most of these are things I used to do regularly anyway but have gotten lazy about. I’m so motivated to get back to my old habits! 1. Be active every single day. 2. Run at least 3 times per week 3. Do strength training 2-3 times per week 4. Drink more water 5. Feel beautiful and healthy for my wedding. Five months until the big day. Here we go.
