Just Run.
It is literally the best. Nothing has ever done so much for my body. No diets, no restricting, no ab workouts. It is above everything. Run, run, run.
My grandparents are here
and my grandma keeps making wonderful food. They also brought donuts over with them. I am strong right now. I haven't said yes to anything because I had a massive Chinese lunch. I'm really not even hungry. Just can't go in the room while they all eat mac n cheese, burgers, fries, cookies, and grilled cheese sandwiches.
Got a couple of great ego boosters today.
As I left the room at my cousin's house, her guys friends (who I'd never met and just walked in) said, "Who was she?" "Yeah, who was that? She's really hott." "Yeah, seriously." Then my cousin said, "That's my cousin! Shut up, she's engaged!" I couldn't help but smile. And of course, as I said earlier, my mom told me I've gotten too skinny today. I shouldn't be happy about that, but I am. I really needed all of that after eating over 1000 calories.
