20 mountain climbers
30 second plank

Wonderful Morning
After being a bit too kind to myself yesterday (indulging in ice cream and a candy bar) my body bounced back wonderfully. It made me so happy to have it reaffirmed that I can give myself treats (without going overboard) and still be thin. Thank you stomach, thank you metabolism, thank you body =)
