HELP! What Should I Eat For Dinner...
I’m taking my grandma out to a local diner and these are my top options:
A. Salmon Teriyaki - Grilled marinated salmon fillet served over rice with vegetables
B. Chicken Stir Fry - Stir fry vegetables and chicken breast chunks in a light teriyaki sauce over seasoned rice
C. Turkey Dinner (the least healthy and probably what I want the most haha) - Fresh roasted white meat served with...

Today
The Good:
I ate extremely healthy, ran 4 miles, did a strength training routine, and an ab routine.
The Bad:
The filling in one of my teeth started falling out after my almond snack and it hurts and it’s bleeding and my dentist won’t be in for a couple of days. FML.
Good start to my first day back
So far:
-1 whole grain piece of toast
-1 serving of natural almonds (unsalted)
-Apple
-Grapes
-1 almond windmill cookie
Later today:
-Grilled salmon
-Asparagus
-Salad
-and whatever else gets me to a healthy calorie intake
Exercise:
-Going running with my mom at the gym (3-4 miles)
-15 minute strength training
-15 minute ab routine
-10 minute yoga stretch cool down

Since I was on vacation in Florida and my only exercise was walking around Disney parks, I’m so excited to get back to working out tomorrow!
