I’m excited to be back on track after an extremely stressful 2 weeks. I’m going to work out super hard and eat very healthy, with the exception of 2 days this week: Friday and Saturday. We’re on deadline at work and everything is completely chaotic. We don’t go to press until Friday, so farewell, all. I will see you and my sanity in 4 days.
There’s nothing like a beautiful, cool morning wearing thick warm socks and enjoying a bowl of chopped apple, grapes, blueberries, yogurt, and granola with a side of buttered toast and tea. It’s so satisfying and comforting. Have a wonderful Sunday, everyone.
