Great day!
Woke up early, did abs and arms. Corey’s taking me to breakfast at this amazing place where they bake their own bread and have the nutritional info of each meal posted on the menu. I’m excited about this week. I woke up early, weighed in at a pound less (yay), and did an ab routine. Tonight I’m going running. I feel so close to the way I want to look on my wedding day and in my wedding dress. Because I think I’ll be at that point by March, I hope I can maintain it through May. Even though I’ve done some sort of workout every day, I’ve felt very lazy this weekend. Yesterday I focused on abs and arms and Friday I did circuit training. In a few hours I’m going to the gym if the snow slows down and if it doesn’t get any better outside, I’m doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 and my usual weight training routine. :)

Sore knees and dessert
So, I love running. I love it a lot. But my knees hurt after last night’s run and they are just a tad sore right now. I know knee problems are typical in runners, but damn, I’m 23 and I don’t do marathons. I think some of it has to do with the freezing temperatures and my joints, because it ONLY happens from January-March each year.
ALSO, I’ve been seeing huge progress...

Yesterday I said I was going to TRY to run at the gym, although it was the worst day of my period. I ran over 4 miles at 7.5 mph :D I did much better than I expected.
Tonight I’m doing weights and abs at home, then a 3 mile run at 8 mph at the gym. I didn’t plan on running yesterday or today at all, so I’m way over my weekly minimum of miles to run, woo! Tomorrow right after...
