Rough day :(
Gyno appointment day, which means official weigh-in for the year. She’ll see how much I’ve gained since last year. And she’ll comment on it. I looked down at the scale this morning and started crying. I hate telling you this, but it feels good to air. I know I should be happy with this weight. But it’s going to be so so so hard hearing her tell me I’m...
ARGH :(
Last night, Corey and I were discussing having kids, like we often do. We don’t plan on starting until he’s out of school, but it’s just something we love talking about. And he was saying how happy he was that I’m a tad over 100 pounds now (when he couldn’t convince me to gain weight for myself, he’d say do it so we can have kids). I once got down to 94 pounds...
SATURDAY
-Had a big breakfast (one slice of french toast, scrambled eggs, two slices of bacon & small scoop of hash browns - mouth is watering just thinking about how good it was), ended up being 450 calories, but it was really “brunch” so I probably won’t be hungry again until dinner.
-1.5 hours of circuit training, strength training, and abs
-Hanging out with my best friend...
Happy Friday :D
I’m so glad it’s Friday. Going to kick ass this weekend. I always lose it all on weekends and mini-binge =X But seriously not this weekend. My stomach feels too flat to ruin it now. Today was a mixed bag.
The Good:
-Zumba for one hour
-Strength and circuit training for 40 minutes
-the majority of my food
The “Bad” (though I don’t like labeling it that):
-1/4 of a massive cupcake (SOOOOO worth it, best I’ve ever had - spice cake flavored, so it was like gingerbread, molasses, apple pie, and every perfect flavor of autumn rolled into one)
-5 small pieces of sushi with...

Went to a big event for work today where we toured a newly remodeled mansion. They were handing out pastries - large cinnamon rolls, danishes, chocolate croissants, and much much more. I wasn’t hungry and I knew I didn’t need one, so I said no. I used to be SO great at saying no to junk food, it was just natural. But since the holidays I’ve been awful about it. Today felt...
very successful day.
Ate oatmeal, whole grain toast, an apple, grapes, a banana, yogurt, almonds, whole grain english muffin, and salmon.
Went to Zumba class, then came home and rocked out my arms and abs. Shower, light snack, and BED. Yes.
